These Terms of Service govern your use of the O2 Window Tinting website and the window tinting services we provide in Snellville, Georgia. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

You may use this website to learn about our services, review pricing guides and contact the shop. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that misrepresents O2 Window Tinting.

Services Overview

O2 Window Tinting installs window film on vehicles, homes and commercial buildings, and provides tint removal and repair services. Service descriptions on this website are summaries; the specific film, shade and scope for your job are confirmed with the shop before work begins.

Estimates & Pricing

Prices published on this website — including the Oct 2026 guide ranges on our pricing page — are guides only, not binding quotes. Your final price is confirmed in person after we see the vehicle or glass, and it does not change unless you add a service.

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled by phone or in person at 3304 Stone Mountain Hwy, Snellville, GA 30078. If you need to reschedule, call (770) 674-2766 as early as you can so we can offer the time to another customer.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed when your service is booked or completed. The payment methods accepted for your job are confirmed by the shop at the time of service.

Film Care & Curing Responsibilities

Fresh film needs time to cure. Keep vehicle windows rolled up for the period the shop advises, expect small water pockets to dry out on their own, and clean tinted glass only with soft cloths and ammonia-free cleaners. Damage caused by ignoring cure or cleaning instructions is the customer's responsibility.

Warranty

O2 Window Tinting states a lifetime warranty on the film it installs — good quality film with a lifetime warranty at a reasonable price. These terms do not add conditions beyond what the business states; ask the shop for the warranty details that apply to your install before work begins.

Legal Compliance

We install vehicle film to comply with Georgia law (HB 1161, effective July 1, 2026), including the 28% VLT minimum for front side windows and the 15% minimum for rear glass on cars. We do not install film that violates Georgia limits. Medical exemptions are issued only through the Georgia Department of Public Safety process — the shop does not issue or guarantee exemptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by Georgia law, O2 Window Tinting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute relating to these terms or our services will be handled in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
